Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2024-05-10T21:28Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2024-05-10T21:28:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Source Location: S35E01
Note Keyword:
COL: Possible collision with previous CME
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
PEA: Post eruption arcade
FIL: Filament eruption
BR: Brightening
Morphology Keyword:
L: Loop
Note: A narrow faint CME to the south with an uncertain source. It might be associated with some eruptive activities occurring along a very long filament centered loosely around S35E01 to the east of AR 3664 which finally erupts after 21Z: the area close to filament center shows eruptive activity/dimming/restructuring around 16Z, 18Z and after 20Z.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type |

Analysis is based on a good fit of the narrow's CME front in two coronagraphs and loosely supported by the location of the gradually erupting filament, however this source is tenuous because the final eruption seems to happen after 21Z. |
